Gathering Inspiration

Lately I have felt like I've been in somewhat of a creative funk. So when this happens I...surf the web and gather inspiration from my favorite blogs and online galleries. I also have been taking some ideas from Pinterest to help me out of this funk I am in. So this past week, with all of the snow, power outages, and extra time on my hands. I gathered up all of that inspiration, some new products (that always helps) and buckled down and got crafty!  Here is what I came up with.

We finally felt comfortable to leave the little one for a weekend...well one night (baby steps) I surprised Richie with a little snowy mountain get away for his birthday, which conveniently falls on New Year's Day (wink wink) We had so much fun and couldn't believe that we haven't spent any alone time together in a year and a half...OH MY!! But we took advantage of livin' up every minute we could up there. Minus the unlucky moment on our second day, getting stuck at the top of Crystal Mountain for 3+ hours. And when I say top it was the TOP! Now we are back to the daily wonderfulness of little baby Maci. Who shall I say has made it through her very first week of day care.
